Reverse Mentoring

I contract with a local association of churches (74) and the Director of Missions often consults with me for Reverse Mentoring!  He is in his 60’s and I’m 33.  Just a couple of weeks ago I met with him and another missionary on staff to teach them to vlog.  I introduced them to Viddler.  I love that player!!  It offers a unique option to leave links and comments right in the play bar!!

 In just this short time he has mastered Viddler.  He has already posted over 10 videos inviting pastors to meetings, events, and seminars and conferences.  

I am so encouraged to see the desire to keep moving forward and understanding that technology should and can be embraced for the Kingdom, no matter how old you are.
