What's Next For "What Are You Doing??

I realized earlier this week I hadnt Twittered in a couple of days. So, naturally I twittered that!  My online friend (that I actually will get to meet at Catalyst) Zak White Twittered me and asked if I missed it, and he was thinking of shutting his down!!

Are we getting bored or, do we need the next new thing?!?

There is a new Twitter-ish client for intra-office communication called Yammer. For a great explanation check the write-up at Digital @ Leadership Network.  Yammer also took top prize at The TechChrunch50 conference.  But isn’t typing so last decade?!?

Video rules the world, right?  So why hasn’t the what are you doing question not being answerd by techies with video?!?  It is now.

12seconds.tv allows friends and family to record and share short video updates about what they are doing or where they are. You can use a webcam or a cellphone. It’s a FREE, easy, and fun way to stay in touch. They’re in early alpha stages, but my buddy Terrace Crawford may have some invites. hit him up!!

This is one of th first out of the gate and they have a long way to go, but is a cool look at video twittering!!
