Volunteers
At Reality we struggle more than the average church with consistent volunteers. Most Christians understand the heart of serving in the church to “keep it afloat” per say, where the unchurched or new believer have not grasped that concept.
So I put it out to you: What are some successful ways you recruit and keep your volunteers??
